    Hello BPS,
I was away for 2 days, today I login to sixpecs.com/admin and proceed to activate Jetpack(which had been deactivated on the day when you login and did the tuning)
    Follow by I activated ARQ.
Then I encounter an issue which is :-
I could not login to sixpecs.com via:-
    http://sixpecs.com/wp-admin/
    OR
    http://sixpecs.com/admin/
    It shows Http error 500
Then I login to my hosting cpanel and proceed to rename jetpack plugin to ” _jetpack ” [ to test is it because of jetpack that caused the error ]
Result : is still http 500 error and page shows nothing.
Then i rename BulletProot plugin to ” _bulletproof-security” [ to test is it because of BPS that caused the error ]
Result : is still http 500 error and page shows nothing.
Please guide on what may be the error.

    Thanks man.
    Regards,
    Alex

Sounds like you have invalid/bad htaccess code in your Root htaccess file and BPS Custom Code. Do the htaccess File Troubleshooting Steps: Unable to Login to Your Website below.

    https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting

htaccess File Troubleshooting Steps: Unable to Login to Your Website:
Note:  If you have AutoRestore turned On/activated then you will need to delete this file first:  /wp-content/bps-backup/autorestore/root-files/auto_.htaccess and then delete the .htaccess file in your WordPress installation folder (same folder as your wp-config.php file).

    1. Use FTP or your Web Host Control Panel File Manager and delete the .htaccess file in your website root folder and the .htaccess file in your wp-admin folder.  If you do not see the root and wp-admin htaccess files then select “Show Hidden Files” in your FTP application or in your web host control panel file manager.
    See Custom Code Note
    2. Log into your website and Activate all BulletProof Modes.

    Hello BPS,
I follow your advice on deleting the htaccess.
    Step 1 :- DELETED
    /wp-content/bps-backup/autorestore/root-files/auto_.htaccess
    ( NOTE:- Deleted “auto_.htaccess” )
    Step 2 :- DELETED
.htaccess file in your website “root folder”
    Step 3 :- DELETED
.htaccess file in your “wp-admin folder”
Note: for all the htaccess, i did do a backup before delete
After all the process above, i tried to login via
    sixpecs.com/wp-admin
    OR
    sixpecs.com/admin
    It return error 404.
Then i tried to login ” sixpecs.com ” ; the website is down and blank.
    Looking forward for your advise.
    Regards,
    Alex

At this point, send me a WordPress Administrator login and an FTP login to this website and send it to: info at ait-pro dot com. I will figure out what needs to be done to fix this problem.
