New install hanging on Setup Wizard

I’ve just installed a new copy of BPS Pro to a mew website where I have 3 others happily running BPS Pro on the same host – Hostpapa.  For some reason this one seems to be frozen on the Setup Wizard. There’s just the Header at the top and nothing else.  I have deactivated all plugins, deactivated and removed and reinstalled BPS Pro, but still not change.  Obviously relevant to this website only as all others on the same host are fine.

The API Server logs do not show that this website has had BPS Pro activated on it yet.  Please go to the BPS Pro Activation page and request an Activation Key for this site.

Thanks for that. Not sure what was happening – the plugin was showing as having been activated. Just been through the process again and all seems to be well now. Many thanks
