Persistent BPS Pro Upgrade Emails

I really need some assistance here as I am getting persistent email notifications about upgrading BPS Pro despite it already upgraded since the new version was released last month. See here: https://prnt.sc/NhDikljEp40d

I have already turned off upgrade notification emails in BPS Pro > Display and Alert Options several days ago: https://prnt.sc/L5fY3qu-Zccu, but the issue persists.

Anything else I can do?

It sounds like something is caching your WordPress wp-admin backend area.  Do you have Cloudflare installed?

I do not use Cloudflare (except for its DNS functionality). I use the Litespeed cache plugin for caching, but no CDN is enabled there. Anything else I can check?

Try manually deleting BPS Pro and reinstalling BPS Pro.  This method only removes files and not your BPS Pro option settings.

Use FTP or your web host control panel file manager tool and delete the /bulletproof-security/ plugin folder.
Then download a new BPS Pro 16.9 zip file > https://www.ait-pro.com/wp-admin/
Use the WordPress Plugins Upload Zip installer to install the new BPS Pro 16.9 zip file.

Tried your last suggestion but did not help. I am still receiving BPS upgrade notifications.
