persistent PHP error alert fails to clear

Click Here on the PHP error alert and clicking on Reset Last Modified Time in DB does not clear the alert. ¿?

The php error alert is being cleared. The problem is a the php error is reoccurring.  If you would like help with the php error then post the php error that is reoccurring.

Post the mailpoet plugin php error in the mailpoet forum support section on wordpress.org.  Post the remove howdy plugin php erro on the remove howdy forum support section on wordpress.org.  Both of these plugins have coding issues that need to fixed by the plugin authors.
