    Hi,

A site protected with BPS pro was infected with virus. The files in the root, wp_admin and wp_includes are quaranteened, but there are php files wp_content/uploads.

How it can be avoided next time?

    Regards,

    Zsolt

Are the files actually hacker files?  Have you checked the code in the files to see if they contain hacker code?  Send me the files if you have not already deleted them in Quarantine.  Send the files to: info@ait-pro.com.  If the files are actually hacker files then you would have to figure out how the site was infected.  Was a nulled hacker plugin or theme installed, was the server itself hacked, does the server have a vulnerability that allows cross-site infection from other hosting accounts, do you have a plugin or theme installed with a security vulnerability and so on…
