    I cant access my site dashboard even after deleting the pluggin and also restoring the entire site.

    Do these steps:

    Download the wordpress.zip file
    Unzip the zip file on your computer.
    Delete the index.php file here: /public_html/index.php
    Upload a new index.php file to your /public_html/ folder
