Website displaying incorrectly – Website not displaying visually correct

Hi,
I would really appreciate someone’s help.
I downloaded and activated BPS and activated the first two files – the root and wpadmin files as directed. It made the site go totally skew and I couldn’t get back into the dashboard, or anywhere on the site.
I went in through ftp and deleted what I could find of BPS but the site is a mess.
How do I fix this and get it back to where it was before?

I’m using Headway if that is of any help.

Did you click the [obsolete-removed] buttons before activating BulletProof Modes?

To get your site to display visually correctly delete the root .htaccess file and the wp-admin .htaccess file.  This will also allow you to log back into your WordPress Dashboard.
