Plugin activation error

HI

I deleted the bullet proof free version and installed pro version. I have wordpress multisite. When I tried to activate it on primary site it shows the following error. Please guide how to resolve.

This is unfortunately a very common issue/problem.  FTP to your website and rename the /wp-content/plugins/bulletproof-security1 folder to /bulletproof-security removing the #1 that has been added to the bulletproof-security folder name.

The Activation Key you have entered is not valid.  Check the Activation Key.  If the Activation Key has a dot (.) in the Activation Key then type in the dot (.) and resave the Activation Key.
