    I had a lot of problems with BPS Pro when I migrated to a new hosting site. I decided to uninstall it and start fresh. I have the original zip file dated 2018 and the original activation text. When attempting to install BPS Pro with the original 2018 zip file the following error is displayed: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. ¿?

    BPS can not be installed and thus can not be activated. Therefore: BPS Pro Troubleshooting Steps are not possible to execute.

    This is a very common problem that occurs when using the WordPress Upload Zip installer (PclZip) for first time installations of BPS Pro (or other plugins as well).
    Issue/Problem: Fatal Errors when upgrading from BPS free to BPS Pro using the WordPress Upload Zip installer (PclZip).

    Solution (short version): Use FTP or use your Web Host Control Panel File Manager and rename the /bulletproof-security1/ (bulletproof-security2, bulletproof-security3,…) plugin folder name back to just /bulletproof-security/ (removing any numbers that have been appended to the /bulletproof-security/ plugin folder name by PclZip). Go to the WordPress Plugins page and click the Activate link under BulletProof Security Pro plugin. In some cases you may only need to refresh/reload your Browser on the WordPress Plugins page to activate the BPS Pro plugin.

    When I attempt to download a new zip file at https://www.ait-pro.com/wp-admin  I receive the error: You did not enter a valid Download-Request Key

    I am entering the BPS Pro Activation Key.txt code that I received on 18-Jul-19 into the BPS Pro Zip File Download box. Don’t know if it is no longer valid or if I am doing something wrong.

    OK. Discovered my error. I was inputting the activation key I received and it was necessary to input the BPS Pro Download Request Key. New BPS Pro Zip file was successfully downloaded. BPS Pro installation and activation successful.

    Resolved.
