    Was wondering what this security code meant? Should I ignore it’s a hacker or it’s actually something legit being blocked?

    The Security Log entry shows that a bot or person tried to access this file > /wp-content/plugins/include.php.  This is not a valid default WordPress Core or Plugin file.  So most likely this is a blocked hacker probe looking for a known hacker file > /wp-content/plugins/include.php.
