pwizard autofix setup error

I am getting the following error when running BPS setup when the .htaccess file is locked.

[07-Feb-2023 01:28:49 UTC] PHP Warning: file_put_contents(/home/lesica1/public_html/.htaccess): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/lesica1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bulletproof-security/admin/wizard/pwizard-autofix-setup.php on line 561

If I unlock the htaccess file then it doesn’t report the php error. Are we no longer required to lock the htaccess file?

The section of code in that file attempts to remove any left over W3TC htaccess code.  Looks like I either removed that code when I last changed the W3TC code or forgot to add root htaccess file unlock code if the root htaccess file is currently locked. Will add that in the next BPS version release.
