Those are php error log entries created in a default server php error_log file.

Copy the path to the error_log file that is displayed to you in Quarantine.
Restore the error_log file in Quarantine.
Then use the form at the top of Quarantine page to exclude the error_log file by selecting Exclude An Individual file, paste the path to the error_log file and then click the Exclude Folder|File button.
