The troubleshooting link at the top of this Question Mark help window for step by step instructions on how to fix this using the Quarantine Sort|Search feature, I assume is on the BPS quarantine page. The link fails to open anything.

After I have managed to restore the current <span style=”color: #fb0101;”>Quarantined Files: 138255</span> , not sure what to do to keep all of them from being quarantined again. TIA

You can create exclude rules for folders that should not be monitored by AutoRestore at the top of the Quarantine page. Choose the Exclude Top Level Folder form option and then enter the path to a folder that should not be monitored by AutoRestore.

    Example:
If cache or image files are being quarantined then you would choose the Exclude Top Level Folder form option and copy the path to a folder that should not be monitored by AutoRestore to prevent cache or image files from being quarantined. Then click the Exclude Folder|File button.

    /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/wp-content/cache/
    /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/wp-content/images/

Clearing/Deleting excessive database entries in the Quarantine table and old quarantined files.
If you have excessive quarantine database table entries and are unable to delete them using the Quarantine Delete Files option use the steps below.

    1. Go the BPS Pro > Tools menu/page > DB Table Cleaner|Remover tool tab page.
    2. Delete the quarantine database table by clicking the Drop Radio button for this database table: xx_bpspro_arq_quarantine
    3. Click the Empty|Drop button to delete the BPS quarantine database table. A new empty BPS quarantine database table will be automatically created.
    4. Use FTP or your web host control panel file manager and delete all folders under the BPS Quarantine folder located here: /wp-content/bps-backup/quarantine/

Excluded top level folder continues to be quarantined despite notification that it has been successfully excluded. ¿?

Is the folder under the wp-content folder?  If so, use the BPS Pro > AutoRestore > Exclude wp-content Folders form.  Just enter the folder name without any folder/file path stuff and click the Save Folder Exclude Rules button.

    Example:
    /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/wp-content/cache/

    You would just type:  cache
