Redirected to wp-admin/install.php instead of being logged into site

Hi,

after updating content on my site couple days ago my page has suddenly started to show 403 Forbidden Error Page and redirect to http://xxx/wp-admin/install.php. So i cant log into the wp or see the site.. I tried to deactivate plugins, themes, repair tables, copy new wp files etc. but no success.  Do you have any idea what it can be? My support just suggested to deactivate .htaccess – after that it just redirect to http://xxx/wp-admin/install.php without error.

What content did you update?  How did you update that content?  Did you manually upload/update content (FTP or web host control panel) or remotely update content from outside of your website (3rd party remote management plugin, etc)?  I suspect that files were quarantined by AutoRestore|Quarantine due to files being updated outside of WordPress while ARQ was still turned On.  Use FTP or your web host control panel and go to this folder:  /wp-content/bps-backup/logs/ and download your: autorestore_log.txt file and send it to:  info at ait-pro dot com so that I can check it to see if files were quarantined.

Notes:  This site either has a bad DB installation or a corrupt DB.  A new DB for this WordPress site needs to be created.
