Hello. I am showing that on the Advanced tab of my Litespeed plugin that is set to connect fails to connect after I installed, activated, and ran the pre-install and setup wizard.
Is there a fix for this? If so, how can I fix it?
Check your BPS Security Log for a log entry that shows what is being blocked in Redis/Litespeed plugin and post the Security Log entry in your forum reply.
