Restoring broken site

Hello –

My site is busted, so I’m trying to do a manual restoration.  I understand that I’ll need to run the arqdelete.php script since I can’t turn off auto restore from the admin area.  I’m currently using BPS 5.7.2. I have a few questions:

1.) Where do I get arqdelete.php?  I looked in the forums but couldn’t find where I can download it.
2.) When in the restore process do I run arqdelete.php?
3.) Is there anything else I need to do for my restoration with regards to BPS?

OK, I’ve located arqdelete.php in /wp-content/plugins/bulletproof-security/admin/htaccess/arqdelete.php, so #1 above is answered.  Any suggestions for #2 and #3?
