Root Files not backed up

The root files are not getting backed up.

While doing root files backup from autorestore section it shows Your Root files have been backed up to /wp-content/bps-backup/autorestore/root-files successfully.
The Backup Date and Total Backup Files checks are turned off during file backups to speed up file backups.
Click the Refresh Status button to show your current updated Backup Date and Total Backup Files count.

But on refresh it doesn’t shows the new backup date.

Outdated info removed – no longer valid. ARQ old backup file deletion is now automated, which prevents this scenario from being possible.
