Netfirms problem

    I am desperate for help. On all other hosts, I have used BPS Free without problem. However on Netfirms.com I just froze my site offline by using BPS free. The problem is that i CANNOT reverse it because it always says
    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server. and I have NO idea how to fix that!

    Help!!!!
