This is the first time I have seen this happen in 10+ years. The Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate file was copied to my forum root folder instead of being copied to the /.well-known/acme-challenge/ folder. I thought I should mention this in case anyone else runs into this issue. The next Request to update my Let’s Encrypt SSL Certificate worked fine and correctly copied the SSL Certificate to the /.well-known/acme-challenge/ folder.
