    Hi,

    I wonder if BPS Pro can block Trojan:PHP/Obfuse.AS!MSR ?

    If that malware file (or any malware file) is uploaded to a website it will be quarantined by BPS Pro AutoRestore|Quarantine.

    Files are quaranteened even if files are not backed up (autorestore is off)?

    If AutoRestore|Quarantine is Off then your site is not protected by AutoRestore|Quarantine.  Same principle as car alarms or car anti-theft devices.  If they are off then your car is not protected.
