Ultimate Member – unable to login – 403 error – Ultimate Member – reCAPTCHA

Would you please remind me what could be causing this.  I had Ultimate Member working great on https://www.curativetitlesolutions.com/

But now when have a client go to log in  I am getting:

This problem was caused by the Ultimate Member – reCAPTCHA plugin. The BPS Security Log logs all 403 errors whether or not BPS is causing a 403 error.  The Ultimate Member – reCAPTCHA plugin breaks that Ultimate Member login and registration forms.
