    OK, I just updated my BulletProof Security Plugin to the latest free version, .48.4. And after the update, I can not access any page on my site. I am giving “FORBIDDEN – You don’t have permission to access / on this server.” This happened right after I got the message to “Refresh the page” and when I did, boom forbidden to any area on my entire domain!

    Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

    Please see the Read Me First link below.  Most likely your particular web host does not allow you to lock .htaccess files.  See the section about how to Turn AutoLock Off and not locking your root .htaccess file.
