ParticipantAll attempts by my hosting server (Bluehost) to update my current version of PHP is being blocked by BPS Pro.
[Root File Quarantine Logged: 19/10/2016 13:41] Quarantined Filename: info.php Quarantine Path: /home3/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/bps-backup/quarantine/root-files/info.php Restore Path: /home3/xxxxx/public_html/info.php
Reading the troubleshooting steps it seams that creating a whitelist is the solution. “a whitelist (exclude) rule can be quickly and easily created using BPS Pro Custom Code to allow (whitelist) whatever is being blocked in another Plugin or Theme” Clueless as to what to whitelist or to how go about it. ¿?
Would appreciate information on how to solve this problem. TIA

KeymasterBlueHost help information on updating your PHP version: https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/447
Note: Any time you are manually editing or uploading files to your website/hosting account you need to turn Off AutoRestore. See the AutoRestore|Quarantine Manual File Editing/Uploading Procedural Steps: http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/autorestore-quarantine-guide-read-me-first/#procedural-steps
Do these steps below:
1. Turn Off AutoRestore.
2. Go to F-Lock > File Lock > unlock your root htaccess file.
3. Do the BlueHost steps to change your PHP version in your web host control panel.
4. Go to B-Core > htaccess File Editor page > Your Current Root htaccess File tab > copy the BlueHost php/php.ini handler htaccess code that was created at the top of your Root htaccess file by BlueHost.
5. Go to Custom Code > paste your BlueHost php/php.ini handler htaccess code to this Custom Code text box: CUSTOM CODE TOP PHP/PHP.INI HANDLER/CACHE CODE
6. Click the Save Root Custom Code button.
7. Go to the Security Modes page and click the Root Folder BulletProof Mode activate button.
8. Go to F-Lock and lock your Root htaccess file.
9. Run the Pre-Installation and Setup Wizard again.Additional BlueHost help information about changing your PHP version:

ParticipantLost on:
4. Go to B-Core > htaccess File Editor page > Your Current Root htaccess File tab > copy the BlueHost php/php.ini handler htaccess code that was created at the top of your Root htaccess file by BlueHost.Am I to copy all of the contents in Your Current Root htaccess
It begins with:# Use PHP5.4 Single php.ini as default AddHandler application/x-httpd-php54s .php # BULLETPROOF PRO 12.4 SECURE .HTACCESS # CUSTOM CODE TOP PHP/PHP.INI HANDLER/CACHE CODE # BEGIN WEBSITE SPEED BOOST # Time cheat sheet in seconds # A86400 = 1 day # A172800 = 2 days # A2419200 = 1 month # A4838400 = 2 months # A29030400 = 1 year

KeymasterNope, don’t copy your entire root htaccess file code. Just copy the BlueHost php/php.ini handler code that was added/created at the very top of your Root htaccess file:
# Use PHP5.4 Single php.ini as default AddHandler application/x-httpd-php54s .php

ParticipantCustom Code text box: CUSTOM CODE TOP PHP/PHP.INI HANDLER/CACHE CODE
begins with:# BEGIN WEBSITE SPEED BOOST # Time cheat sheet in seconds # A86400 = 1 day # A172800 = 2 days # A2419200 = 1 month # A4838400 = 2 months # A29030400 = 1 year
I assume it is correct to paste the BlueHost php/php.ini handler code (# included) as the first line.
AITpro Admin
KeymasterYep, correct. Your BlueHost php/php.ini handler code should be pasted above your Speed Boost Cache code in the CUSTOM CODE TOP PHP/PHP.INI HANDLER/CACHE CODE text box.
