    How can I implement warning a site user of an impending logout due to inactivity or wish to remain active?  Such as banks do.

    That feature is not needed if you set the “Idle Session Logout Time in Minutes” option setting to at least 60 minutes.  If you want to make sure users have completed whatever they are doing on your website then you can set the Idle Session Logout Time in Minutes” option setting to something like 180 minutes (3 hours).
