    When using Elementor on my WordPress site I am getting only a white screen and the plugin will not load. According to Siteground and Elementor, this is a 502 error and the temporary fix is to switch loader method in the settings (which works) and the long-term fix is to add code to the htaccess file as instructed below on Siteground’s site:

    Then you need to increase a particular Apache service limit. To do that, add the following lines in the website’s .htaccess file:

    <IfModule mod_substitute.c>
    SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
    </IfModule>

    My understanding of BPS PRO is that I need to add this to the custom code section and cannot just add this to my htaccess file via file manager. So where should I put it?

    Thanks, Brad

    Add the SubstituteMaxLineLength htaccess code in this BPS Root Custom Code text box:  1. CUSTOM CODE TOP PHP/PHP.INI HANDLER/CACHE CODE
    Click the Save Root Custom Code button.
    Go to the Security Modes tab page and click the Root folder BulletProof Mode Activate button.
