There are two legit users on our website that are being locked out because of too many failed login attempts. The failed attempts are not by those users and are coming from other IP addresses. Is there a way to whitelist the IP address of the actual users so they can login while the problem IP addresses are still locked out? Thanks!
You just need to turn On BPS Pro JTC Anti-Spam|Anti-Hacker on this website and don’t need to do anything with IP addresses. JTC blocks 100% of all spambots and hackerbots from auto-registering, auto-logins and auto-posting.
You would choose the Forms that you want JTC to protect. Check the Login Form and Registration Form checkboxes in JTC, which will stop all spambots and hackerbots from locking User Accounts.
