    Hi

How would I go about whitelisting Zapier to allow connection into WordPress?

I see this is the firewall log:

    [403 GET Request: February 2, 2024 12:35 pm]
    BPS Pro: 17.4
    WP: 6.4.3
Event Code: BFHS - Blocked/Forbidden Hacker or Spammer
    Solution: N/A - Hacker/Spammer Blocked/Forbidden
    REMOTE_ADDR: 3.237.31.42
    Host Name: ec2-3-237-31-42.compute-1.amazonaws.com
    SERVER_PROTOCOL: HTTP/1.1
    HTTP_CLIENT_IP:
    HTTP_FORWARDED:
    HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR:
    HTTP_X_CLUSTER_CLIENT_IP:
    REQUEST_METHOD: GET
    HTTP_REFERER:
    REQUEST_URI: /wp-json/wp/v2/users/me
    QUERY_STRING:
    HTTP_USER_AGENT: Zapier

I assume I can’t just whitelist all Amazon AWS IPs as there’d be too many. Is it possible to whitelist just amazonaws.com without an IP, or whitelist he HTTP_USER_AGENT?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

The Zapier user agent would not be blocked.  The default BPS htaccess does not block JSON requests.  Are you using this BPS Bonus Custom Code, which blocks WP JSON Requests > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/wp-rest-api-block-json-requests-to-users-comments-routes/ Do you have any other plugins installed that block JSON requests? Do BPS Pro troubleshooting steps #1, #2 and #3 > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting to confirm or eliminate that BPS is blocking Zapier.  BPS logs all 403 errors whether or not the 403 errors are caused by BPS.

Thank you for the repsonse. I suspect this might be the server firewall, I just assumed as BPS Pro was new and I saw it in the log it would be BPS.

There is none of the custom code, so I’ll double-check the server.

    Thank you for the help.
