I have just discovered the Login Security section of the plugin.

I also use Wordfence and wondered if there are any issues or preferred settings if these two plugins are used, or any points I should be aware of to ensure the two work nicely together?

If 2 plugin features are doing the same or similar things then you will need to choose to use one or the other since using both together will cause a conflict and will not work since both are doing the same / similar thing.
