WordPress Media Library Image – new image uploaded is the same as the old image

If you upload an image to the WordPress Media Library and insert the image into a Post.  Then change that image and upload a new image to the WordPress Media Library and the image is the old image and not the new changed image then clear your Browser cache, delete the old image in your WordPress Media Library and upload a new image.  This problem occurs on the Google Chrome Browser and may occur on other Browsers.
