    Email Question:

I have a website [website domain name removed for privacy] that has BPS installed. The wp-config file won’t stay locked and when I turn BPS on and office I get another message DRWP index.php and GWIODW index.php files are not locked as well.

    Any ideas?

The GWIOD and DR F-Lock options should be set to Turn Off Checking and Alerts.  Go to F-lock and turn these options off and set the wp-config.php file option to CGI – Lock wp-config.php File and refresh your Browser.  If the wp-config.php file still is not being locked then either your web host does not allow you to lock the wp-config.php file or another plugin on your website is preventing/blocking the wp-config.php from being locked.  First try the steps above and let me know what happens.  Also are you seeing any files being sent to Quarantine?  Like wp-config.php for example.  Thanks.
