Some pages are white screen in BPS admin

Hi,

after updating a few plugins i have a white screen on several tabs in the bps menu. Also the Autorestore page is just white.

I already tried renaming the bps folder with no result. what ca i do?

Check that your BPS Pro Activation Key is the correct Activation Key for this particular website.  You can always request another Activation Key for a website if you are not sure if the unique Activation Key is correct for that particular website:  http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/strange-behaviour/

If the Activation Key is correct for this particular website then reinstall BPS Pro using the BPS Pro built-in Upload Zip installer on the BPS Pro Install / Backup menu/page (Do NOT use the WordPress Upload zip installer).

Hi,

both of these pages are blank too.

FTP to your website and delete the /bulletproof-security plugin folder.  Use the WordPress Upload zip installer to reinstall the bulletproof-security.zip file.  You will not loose your settings by doing this.  This is just reinstalling the BPS Pro plugin files.
