@ Carmen Reyes – Go to the BPS Pro > htaccess File Options > htaccess File Editor tab page > click the Root htaccess File tab. If an htaccess file exists then copy the contents of your htaccess file in your forum reply. If an htaccess file does not exist then let me know that. Also what version of BPS Pro do you have installed?
