    Hello,

    Please I have just found out that it appears Bulletproof security pro is preventing INS from Payment Processor. The payment process works. In my tests, the customer is taken from my website to clickbank website and can make payment. However, when the customer is returned to my website, he cannot login. This means something is preventing the website from receiving the INS notification and thus the customer is unrecognised. I have contacted Clickbank and INS works fine, notification is set out. I use Magicmembers for my website, they also did tests on another site and it works fine. So the issue has to be with BPS Pro blocking the incoming INS notification. Please how do I solve this problem? Alternatively, Please how do I disable BPS Pro?

    Please I am awaiting your response on my previous comment.

    I have another serious issue. I tried to remove BPS Pro from my website. To do this, I deactivated Root Folder BulletProof Mode and i also deactivated wp-admin Folder BulletProof Mode and i then proceeded to the plugins page to deactivate bps pro.

    However, once I had done all of this, I noticed that all the links on my website all redirect to my root website. Please note that BPS Pro is currently installed in a directory within a subdomain. This is the example structure http://usa.schools.com/newyork. Now with BPS Pro deactivated, all links on my http://usa.schools.com/newyork website all go to http://schools.com – the main root website.

    Please what do I do?

    BPS Pro has built-in troubleshooting capability that allows you to turn On/Off all security features.  BPS Pro troubleshooting steps are here:  http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting

    First get everything working again by running the Setup Wizards.  Then go to the Security Modes page and click the activate BulletProof Mode button again.  Once that is done check your BPS Pro Security Log for any log entries related to clickbank INS and post that log entry here.
