WordPress Theme Customizer – Cannot access customize.php 500 error

Hi,

I get HTTP ERROR 500 when I try to access /wp-admin/customize.php. I’ve tried the solution you suggested here http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/flatsome-theme-403-error/ but it won’t work.

Are you using the POST Attack Protection Bonus Custom Code here?  http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/post-request-protection-post-attack-protection-post-request-blocker/  Check your BPS Security Log for any log entries related to the WP Theme Customizer and post a log entry if you see one.

No, im not using any POST attack custom code, my security log doesn’t show any about customize .php though, here are some of the latest logs:

The Security Log entries show a known IP address for a hackerbot probing/reconning your /plugins/ folder, which was blocked by the BPS Pro Plugin Firewall.

I don’t think the 500 error is being caused by BPS, but do BPS Pro troubleshooting steps #1 and #2 and test the Customizer again:   http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting
