cPanel iPad App block IP Address

Email Question:

Just install on a new wordpress site and all things went perfect and is running fine but I use a iPad app call Cpanel to access my sites….all on Hostgator…..but now when I want to block an IP that visited my site…hackers or bots… the cpanel app gives me a note:

[AITpro Admin]

I need more information to troubleshoot the problem.  If BPS Pro is causing the issue/problem then most likely it will have something to do with the Plugin Firewall.  Please see the BPS Pro troubleshooting steps in the link below to determine if BPS Pro is causing the issue/problem.
