    Hi there,
I made a post earlier about my htaccess to my plugins and have corrected that issue.
Unfortunately the problem seems to still exists.

My original problem was that javascript files via plugins weren’t being loaded.
I followed the BPS Pro video, I even performed a custom scan for a specific form and everything works 100%.
Unfortunately, It only works 100% on my own computer. I have cleared my cache and even used entire new browser and I’m 100% it’s based on my IP.
    The website is http://www.habitatmontreal.qc.ca
This is what it looks like for me: http://d.pr/i/YZUi/5R85lUU2
This is what it looks like from another computer: http://d.pr/i/sGI4/3HBTlby9
    This is my whitelist: http://d.pr/i/s49S/2FsrZNm3
This is my BPS Status: http://d.pr/i/X41I/1gjDzhvA and http://d.pr/i/7LDe/3ePW6Qnt
I’m willing to give admin access if you need a better look.
    Thank you!

Yep i can login to the site if you want or you can check your BPS Pro Security log file to find additional plugin scripts that need to be manually added to the Plugin Whitelist.  If you want me to do this then create a temporary WordPress Admin login (with a secure password) and send the login info to edward at ait-pro dot com.  The BPS Pro Security Log will be located in B-Core in BPS Pro 5.5, but for now you can view it by going to P-Security and using the all-purpose file editor to view it.

hmm yeah that is odd.  When i look at the source code of your website i do not see any additional plugin scripts that would need to be whitelisted.  So there may or may not be 403 errors in your security log file.  ok at this point send me a login.  thanks.

Yes, the 403 errors were what led me to believe it was an htaccess problem to begin with.
A possible side-note: I did notice a PHP-error in the log that corresponded to PHP Memory Allocation on January 7th. I’m not sure if it’s relevant.
You should have received an email from myself and an automated email from my website.
    Thank you for the help!

For whatever reason your Plugin Firewall conditions were still generic and not your actual site information that should have been created.  So now i just need to figure out a way to block this plugin from breaking BPS Pro jQuery and Read Me help buttons.  How ironic.  LOL  Since this is a pretty common problem that i run into i have been planning on creating a script that will block plugins like this that are not containing their scripts to only areas where those scripts should be loading >>> http://www.ait-pro.com/aitpro-blog/2734/misc-projects/wordpress-tips-tricks-fixes/wordpress-load-css-and-js-scripts-on-wordpress-plugin-pages-only-wordpress-top-level-plugin-menu-admin-scripts/
Unfortunately, I see this coding mistake way too often in a lot of plugins. 😉

I can see how that would be frustrating!
When you told me that that script was running in the background, I was really curious as to why it would need to run on EVERY page.
Just a poorly coded plugin unfortunately.
I appreciate all the help you’ve given me, let me know if there’s anything else I can do to make it easier for you.

Well I don’t want to discount the entire plugin just because of this very common mistake.  I see this all the time and even in very well coded plugins so let me come up with some coding that will somehow block this type of mistake since contacting plugin authors never really works out.  😉  I’ll get back to as soon as possible on this.  I’m logged out of your site now so what a lot of folks do is to change the Role on the temporary WP login account they created for me to login with.  Change it to Subscriber from Administrator.  That way if i need to login at a later date you can quickly switch it back to Administrator temporarily.

But yeah in the bigger picture it costs your site unnecessary resource drain when a script is loading everywhere (when it should not be) so that may be something you want to consider overall.  😉

    Okay, sounds good!
I’ll switch the role to Subscriber like you’ve suggested.
Thank you for the amazing support as usual!
