AITpro AdminKeymasterI got a response to the post that I created for the WP EasyCart plugin here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/code-mode-needed?replies=4#post-6773440 The way they handle plugin issues is via the link they posted. So you can copy and paste what I posted in the link above and create a ticket as they requested.
SweetspotParticipantThanks! I have done that. For now site is under maintenance mode and we will just wait and see. It´s kind of to many things to troubleshoot and we have to decide how to go on. Simply, wee need site to work as functional as possible.

The JTC thing (settings issue), the Bloom thing (plugin author created a permanent fix) and the WP EasyCart (workaround here: http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/problems-with-maintenance-mode-and-jtc-anti-spam/#post-21528 until a permanent fix can be provided by the WEC plugin folks). Or maybe you are including/referring to the additional WEC php error here: http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/how-to-troubleshoot-php-errors-php-errors-in-your-php-error-log/page/8/#post-21716 That php error does not appear that it would stop WEC from working correctly, but maybe it is causing WEC not to work correctly/fully? In any case, that is some kind of coding issue in WEC that the WEC folks need to take care of since the php error is a specific issue/problem with the WEC plugin.
SweetspotParticipantYes, most things were taken care of but there were a lot of new error alerts popping up all the time. I really Like your plugin but when it comes to a newbie like me, it´s kind of hard to setup and to understand all issues and BPS complexed software. I just can´t play around with setting and maybe kill whole site. For me it´s important that our site is up and running. I have to learn more about all settings locally first. I feel somewhat like an idiot posting more or less dumb questions here.

BPS Pro would not kill your site. BPS Pro is designed so that you can easily and quickly reverse something and/or turn things on and off with one click: http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting
Actually BPS Pro is very simple to setup and use, but you are right that what BPS Pro is doing is complex in itself. php errors in general can sometimes be difficult and frustrating to figure out, but the purpose of the BPS Pro php error log is to let you know about coding mistakes/problems/issues occurring on your website and/or in other plugins and themes that you have installed so that you know they are occurring and what needs to be fixed/corrected.

AITpro AdminKeymasterForgot to mention this. BPS Pro S-Monitor allows you to choose the alerting options that you want to use/have. For example we turn off Security Log alerts on all of our sites because the sites are attacked at least once per second. Basically the Security Log alert would never go away so no point in having that alert displayed at all. This video tutorial below is a 101 general overview and covers S-Monitor.

I also reinstalled it on Qtron.se and I got some messagae in pre installation wizard.
Your current Root .htaccess file is not locked. In order to ensure that the Setup Wizard completes successfully your files will NOT be locked by BPS Pro F-Lock. Your F-Lock settings will be set to “Turn Off Checking & Alerts”.
I guess that´s nothing to worry about?I´m most worried about this proxything that doesn´t work on sweetspotevents.se. What security risk is it to have firewall unprotected? A couple of months all php files where infected and all plugins was totally out of order. I don´t want that to happen again

AITpro AdminKeymasterCorrect, the Pre-Installation Wizard message is just letting you know it decided what the best thing to do would be. F-Lock is not really that important anymore. Maybe a few years ago it was important, but it is basically pretty much an obsolete feature at this point.

Are you saying your host cannot solve the server proxy routing configuration problem or is unwilling to fix the server proxy routing configuration problem in the link above. I have seen this exact same problem several times before and other folks host’s have fixed that problem. I do not think it is possible to create a workaround for that proxy routing mistake, but I am willing to give it another try. I give it about a 10% chance that I can figure out some kind of a workaround for that mistake. Send an email to info at ait-pro dot com with an administrator login to this website. The Plugin Firewall protects plugin files/scripts from being publicly accessible so it is an additional layer of security, but not nearly as important as AutoRestore|Quarantine so that would just mean that you would not have that additional layer of security.

Actually yes. I started a topic / ticket in their forum a wee ago. wrote o new reply yesterday. No respons at all. I also mailed them about it but still nothing.

AITpro AdminKeymasterMaybe they missed that topic/ticket or did not get notified about that or maybe they are working on fixing the problem and have just not updated the topic/ticket. I would give them a call just to get a status update and/or check that someone is aware of the topic/ticket. I have missed a few forum topics in the past due to various other problems: PEBCAK/human error, ISP, email, etc.

AITpro AdminKeymasterIf I thought it would help to make a difference then I would, but a host is only obligated to their customers so it would not be helpful and could possibly irritate them or they would just ignore me. 😉 If it was me, I would give them a call or if they have a chat feature then do a chat with them.
