Quarantine after upgrade to pro 6.0

I upgrade to BulletProof Pro 6.0.  All the checks passed ok.  It started to ignore the backup folder (updated backup plugin) and I set to exclude backupwordpress-e45eb78fc8-backups folder (new location).  Press 1, 2, 3 on Exclude Dynamic Folders.  It started to quarantine all of the wp-content folder including the plugins.  Website stop working.   Restoring from backup, I have restore website.

I excluding the following folders

plugins

backupwordpress-e45eb78fc8-backups

How can I fix this?

When adding Exclude Dynamic folder rules in AutoRestore you should turn AutoRestore Off first and then create your exclude rules.  There is a ARQ FailSafe that should automatically kick in and turn AutoRestore Off if it has not been turned Off.  So for some reason the FailSafe did not kick in and automatically turn Off the ARQ Cron.

1.  Turn Off the ARQ Cron.

2.  Add your Exclude rules.

3.  Go to the Setup Wizard page and run the Pre-installation checks and then run the Setup Wizard.
