ParticipantHi, I have a big problem with the Quarantine (almost 90,000 files). The Quarantine page becomes unresponsive, and I do not know how to delete these files and how to clear the database from these entries. Quarantine has always been causing problems for me. I tried to disable it but was still getting files sent to Quarantine. I really would not want to remove BPS Pro because of this problem. Is it possible to clear the Quarantine by FTP / phpMyAdmin? Please help me.

KeymasterThe BPS Pro XTF Form allows you to delete a large number of files in Quarantine: https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/xternal-tools-xtf-guide/
For help info on how AutoRestore|Quarantine works see the AutoRestore|Quarantine Guide forum topic: https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/autorestore-quarantine-guide-read-me-first/
If you do not want to use AutoRestore|Quarantine you can turn AutoRestore Off on the AutoRestore page.

ParticipantUnfortunately after logging in with database username and password, xternal/xternal.php is showing a Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘phpmailerException’, thrown in wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php on line 1023. Is there any other way of deleting a large number of files in Quarantine?
AITpro Admin
KeymasterHmm odd. Not sure how or why phpmailer would be related to anything. Maybe this site is just fubar in general? Do these steps below:
1. Use FTP and Rename the /bulletproof-security/ plugin folder.
2. Use FTP and upload new WordPress folders/files to your website overwriting existing folders/files. You can download WP 4.7.2 here: https://wordpress.org/download/
3. Use the XTF form again and do the normal procedural steps to delete all files in Quarantine and also deactivate AutoRestore using the XTF form.
4. Rename the /bulletproof-security/ plugin folder back to its original name.
5. Login and run the Setup Wizards. -
