updating from mainwp

hello

I’ve been maintaining bps updates from plugins page, as i remember that was the recommended method of updating.

please correct me if i’m wrong.. Can I update the plugin from Main Wp interface?

BPS Pro 15.2 has been released. WordPress 5.6.1 is scheduled to be released: Wednesday 3 February, 2021. Test updating/upgrading WordPress for 1 site remotely from ManageWP and if there are no issues or problems with that site then you can use the Update All button in ManageWP to update/upgrade all of your sites remotely. Let me know if you run into any issues or problems. I extensively tested doing remote WP Core Bulk installations and forced WP Core Bulk installations and there were no problems with files being quarantined with the new AutoRestore Automation rebuild in BPS Pro 15.2.

Oops misunderstood your question.  You cannot update BPS Pro or any premium plugins or themes that do not exist in the WordPress Repository from a 3rd party website like mainwp.  BPS Pro exists here > api.ait-pro.com and not on wordpress.org.

When BPS Pro Plugin auto-updates is enabled the link status will display: BPS Pro auto-updates On in green font. BPS Pro Plugin auto-update Options: Turn On|Off, BPS Pro auto-update Cron Check Frequency: 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours, send or do not sent email notification and To, From, CC and BCC email options. What is happening is the MainWP code is overriding or stripping out BPS Dashboard Status Display HTML/CSS code on that MainWP page.  I will exclude the BPS Dashboard Status Display from loading in MainWP pages in the next BPS Pro version.
