WooCommerce Plugin Scripts Blocked, WooCommerce 403 Error

Having a new issue with woocommerce.
On some pages for some browsers for some people they cannot see the add to cart button. One friend who was able to see the error sent me this screen grab:

IS there any reason that these 2 files are coming up as 403?

Are these 2 plugin scripts added to your Plugin Firewall Whitelist?  If not, then add them by following the instructions on the Plugin Firewall Read Me First page >>> http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/plugin-firewall-read-me-first-troubleshooting/

Also have you tried using the Plugin Firewall Custom Scanner Tool to grab these plugin scripts?

If the Custom Scan Tool does not produce plugin script scan results then you want to look at this Section under the Plugin Firewall Blue Read Me Help Button Information  :  How To Add Plugin Script/File Names Manually
