wp-cron.php blocked when using server cron

I am calling the wp-cron.php file from a cron job inside my cPanel and BPS Pro is blocking it. How do I whitelist and is it the same for every domain as I am running this on multiple sites.

Does the added code open up any security risk since it will allow the server cron job to run?

That line of htaccess code is a nuisance filter. So commenting it out does not decrease your website security.
