wpvivid_image_optimization files being quarantined

Email Question:

though I’ve added /var/www/clients/client0/web111/web/wp-content/wpvivid_image_optimization REPEATED to the exclude top level folder and subfolders?
keeps saying that it worked – and keeps quarantining.
i’ve tried adding a trailing / as well as not, but keeps quarantining???

Create an AutoRestore wp-content folder exclude rule for the: wpvivid_image_optimization folder.

Note: If more than 100 files were quarantined from a particular wp-content folder then use the AutoRestore > Exclude wp-content Folders Form instead of the Quarantine > Exclude Folders|Files Form to exclude the wpvivid_image_optimization folder. See the steps below.

1. Go to AutoRestore > Exclude wp-content Folders tab page.
2. Enter “Exclude wpvivid_image_optimization Folder” for the label.
3. Enter: wpvivid_image_optimization for the folder name to exclude. Note: Do not add any slashes or any other folder path information. Just enter the folder name.
4. Click the Save Folder Exclude Rules button.
