.zip not allowed

I have a template which allows to upload .zip as media file. This works fine without BPS Pro. If BPS Pro is active I receive error message: “HTTP error.”

Can I set BPS Pro to allow upload zip file?

Is the template related to a plugin or theme or is it a custom file|template?  If it is related to a plugin then what is the name of the plugin?  Post the Security Log entry from your BPS Security Log that shows what is blocked.  BPS Pro has built-in troubleshooting capability so you do not actually want to deactivate the BPS Pro plugin for troubleshooting and instead want to turn off|on|deactivate|activate BPS Pro features.  See BPS Pro troubleshooting:  http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting
