Calvin JonesParticipant
Very weird problem on a small WooCommerce site running BPS Pro earlier today — none of the BPS screens were populating. Initially I thought it was a plugin conflict or something similar, but nothing I tried resolved the problem.
I cloned the site to a staging area, removed all plugins, reinstalled only BPS Pro — the activation screen showed up fine, allowing me to request the activation code and activate the plugin — but the setup wizard page won’t load, and nor will any other BPS Pro page. Again, BPS is currently the only plugin installed. I also reinstalled the current WordPress version, to make sure there was nothing missing there… but no joy.
Any ideas?
Calvin JonesParticipantOK — it’s even more weird — I just set up a clean wordpress install on a subdomain on the same hosting account… and get exactly the same result — blank page/can’t run the setup wizard. Other sites running on the same Cyberpanel based Ubuntu VPS are working fine.
No clue what’s going on.
Everything else apart from BPS Pro seems to be working fine.
TerryParticipantI am having the same issue. It worked yesterday without any problems. Today 13th the pages BPS are all blank. We cannot post the security log pages because we cannot see any BPS log pages, they are all blank. This is the same on all my sites.
Calvin JonesParticipantOK — same result on a brand new site on the same server with a different domain, and same result.
And tried again on a completely seperate shared hosting account… exactly the same result. I think it’s an error with the BPS Pro activation system.
Now getting the following error when trying to activate — Save Download Request Key works fine — get a green verification message at the top of the page.
Then click Get Activation Key button and get the following error message:
<span style=”color: #fb0101;”>Error: BPS Pro Activation Key Request was unsuccessful.</span>
Did you enter a valid Download-Request Key in the Save Download-Request Key text box and click the Save Download-Request Key button before clicking the Get Activation Key button?
If this was not the cause of the error then copy the entire error message and send it in an email to info@ait-pro.com to get your BPS Pro Activation Key. Thank you. However the Activation Key is generated and is displayed by the Get Activation Keys Tool on ait-pro.com/pd/, and is sent through via email.
Pasting that activation key into the box and clicking Save Activation Key appears to work
<span style=”color: green;”>BPS Pro Activation Key saved successfully.</span>
Click this link to go to the BPS Pro Setup Wizard page and click the Pre-Installation Wizard button first and then click the Setup Wizard button. However — the Setup Wizard will not load, and none of the BPS Pro menu items from the WordPress Menu display anything other than the Setup Wizard Notification dialogue.
Calvin JonesParticipantGood to hear I’m not the only one.
TerryParticipantAn update from the creators and not a cut and paste answer or some acknowledgement of this issue would be useful. Thank you.
TerryParticipantSorry to pester, but it has been over 3 hours and there has not been any update as to what the problem is.

I didn’t see this post initially. I am dealing with the same issue. I’ve got almost every plugin disabled, reinstalled BPS, and tried viewing in 4 different browsers. I see nothing!! 🙂 LOL
DDWebsParticipantSimilar situation here has developed this evening i.e. BPS screens are not populating and I can’t run the setup wizard following updating a few plugins. ARQ: Off .
However, I can access activation area so I tried deleting and adding back in the Activation Key – save appears to work but all BPS pages are still blank.
Thanks for any advice in advance.
TerryParticipantMakes me wonder if I install or update a plugin is BPS still functioning correctly in the background or are we risking complete site crashes with no way to recover. I can no longer check BPS php logs, BPS security logs etc. so I have no idea if there are any ongoing issues.
TerryParticipantFor those who did not have time to look deeper in the forums the thread linked below was updated early this morning with the same issue as ours but again there is no answer. We are now pushing 12 or more hours with no communications.

AITpro AdminKeymasterThis is a problem with the new SSL Certificate on the AIT-pro.com API server. Will have this fixed shortly.
TerryParticipantThank you for the information.
AITpro AdminKeymasterIt’s not a problem with the new SSL certificate. Something on my web host changed on 8-12 and Require calls are not seeing paths correctly. Currently rewriting the API server code. Will take a few minutes. Or my web host is having technical problems.
AITpro AdminKeymasterThe problem is fixed, but I still need to add additional coding to the API server to prevent this from happening in the future. This is the first time this has happened in 12+ years.
