ParticipantHi There,
I updated WordPress and BPS Pro to their most recent versions prior to this happening.
I can confirm the BPS worked fine after the updates. After I changed the domain name via the (non-manual) method explained here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL
e.g.: Settings > General > change Home URL and Site URL > Save Options
I now encounter this rather odd issue. All the BPS pages appear blank. Like this: http://d.pr/i/SVBU/1KKt6AbW
What do you think?AITpro Admin
KeymasterYou just need to request a new Activation Key on the BPS Pro Activation page for this new Domain. BPS Pro encrypted Activation Keys are unique for each Domain name/URL/prefix/etc.

ParticipantAwww yes.. Everything is fine now. I should’ve thought about that! I apologize for this useless post! You may delete it if you wish.

KeymasterThere is no such thing as a useless post. 😉 Someone else will run into this down the road and this post will answer their question. Well ok there are useless posts with spam links to porn sites, selling fake gucci bags, gambling sites etc.

Hi,
i had a website on a subdomain which i changed to the main domain. All went fine and the page is running. But i can’t see the BPS dashboard in the backend. There is a AutoRestore/Quarantine Alert!!! but all others pages of the bps menus are blank. The files that were put in quaratine are: May-28-2014–11-18-11–auto_.htaccess and auto_.htaccess. I do not know what to do now.
Thanks in advance. SimonAITpro Admin

ParticipantAllright, now i can see the menu again and also the Activation site. When i do then i get this message:
The AITpro API Server: http: //api.ait-pro.com at IP Address: [173.201.92.1] is NOT reachable using fsockopen Port 80.
The AITpro API Server IP Address is being blocked by a plugin or your web host is blocking the IP Address.I deactivated all plugins but i still get this message. Is that a problem with this host? I got other clients on this host and never had problems with bps activation. What ca i do or what do i have to ask the hoster for?
Thanks in advance!

KeymasterTry reinstalling BPS Pro using the BPS Pro upload zip installer on the Install / Backup page (menu link and page name have changed in BPS Pro 9.0). If that does not work then you will need to check your wp-config.php file for any code that blocks websites/api connections and comment it out or add the api server to allowed sites. If that is not the problem then you will need to contact your Host to ask them if they are blocking the api server ip address.

Hi,i moved a page to another server and new domain. I then activated it with a new activation code and also did the setup wizard. All rights in the hosting panel for all folders are set to wp. Now i can only see the B-core page. All other BPS pages including the activation are blank. WP itself is working. And tehere were no new plugins installed. I deactivated and activated also.
I got these Messages:
AutoRestore/Quarantine Alert!!!
Security Log Alert
AutoRestore/Quarantine Status:AutoRestore/Quarantine Options Have Not Been Selected and Saved Yet Click HereBPS Pro F-Lock Notification
F-Lock options have not been saved yet.
The first two were also there before the de- and reactivation.Regards, Simon

BPS Pro help info for moving or migrating a website: http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/migrating-moving-or-cloning-websites/
BPS Pro is a very advanced plugin and all features can be turned On or Off. Deactivating the BPS Pro plugin is not the correct way to troubleshoot the BPS Pro plugin: http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshootingCopy your Plugin Firewall whitelist rules and save them to a Notepad text file on your computer.
Deactivate and uninstall the BPS Pro plugin.
Reinstall the BPS Pro plugin using the WordPress Upload zip installer.
Run the Setup Wizards.
If your Plugin Firewall whitelist rules have any different or additional plugin script whitelist rules then add them to the Plugin Firewall Whitelist text area box, save them and activate the Plugin Firewall again.Patrick

Hi there,I just duplicated my site with the Duplicator plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) and moved it to another domain: http://www.voorlopig.eu. I now have similar issues as this user: http://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/certain-sections-of-bps-pro-not-showing-up. Multiple blank pages in Bulletproof Pro… Additionally, I have this error: “A PHP Error has been logged in your PHP Error Log”, but I can’t see the PHP error log (blank page). I have the latest version installed. A reinstall didn’t help… The site functions correctly, as far as I can see.
Thanks for helping out!

Keymaster@ Stefaan – you probably just need to request a new Activation Key. If that does not work then reinstall BPS Pro using the BPS Pro Upload Zip Installer under the BPS Pro Setup menu.

ParticipantHi there,
Thanks for your quick reply! Those pages are also blank, I’m afraid…AITpro Admin
KeymasterOk then use FTP or your web host control panel file manager and delete the /bulletproof-security/ plugin folder. Then use the WordPress Upload Zip installer to install the bulletproof-security.zip file. This will create all new BPS Pro plugin files, but will not change any of your BPS Pro database settings or any of your other BPS Pro settings.
